Types of Medicare Plans
Original Medicare (Part A & Part B)
- Part A covers hospital services.
- Part B covers medical services like doctor visits and outpatient care.
Medicare Advantage (Part C)
- Combines Part A and Part B coverage through a private insurance company.
- May include extra benefits such as vision, dental, or wellness programs.
Prescription Drug Plans (Part D)

Enrollment Information
- Open Enrollment for Medicare plans generally occurs each year during October 15 – December 15.
- Individuals becoming eligible for Medicare may enroll during their Initial Enrollment Period.
